What is the CTT and TNT event request tool?
This tool, managed by the Central Marketing Group (CMG) in partnership with the
CPLS channel, is an event request tool and process for the following types of US
EPG engines:
Customer Technical Training (CTT) Events
The CTT engine provides access to professional instructor-led or self-paced targeted
200-300 level hands on technical training in support of specific sales or deployment
opportunities.
Tips & Tricks (TNT) Events
Tips & Tricks sessions give users light and fun tips or in depth explanations
for how to use their software more efficiently and effectively. The sessions do not
provide deep technical training.
